How You Can SupportAct 48 Information
In partnership with Teacher Education Institute (TEI), we offer ongoing professional education courses. Graduate participants may earn 3 semester hours of graduate credit. Upon completion of the course, you may request an official transcript from Carlow University.

Request Act 48 credits
To request Act 48 credits, use the button below. Submitted credits will be verified by Carlow’s Education Department and Registrar then reported to the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE).

Carlow University is an approved Act 48 provider. Act 48 requires all Pennsylvania educators holding Pennsylvania public school certification including Instructional I and II, Educational Specialist I and II, Administrative, Supervisory, Letters of Eligibility, and all vocational certificates, to participate in ongoing professional education.
