Summer Stay Program

We welcome undergraduate guest students from any accredited institution to benefit from our 2023 Summer Stay Program. Courses run May 15-August 4.

Guest Student Registration

1. Identify courses through Self-Service. The advanced search option will allow you to search by Summer 2023, undergraduate and subject of interest. ▸ View a short how-to video
2. Complete the Guest Student Registration Form [pdf]. You will need to input course information on this form.
3. Submit the registration form with your unofficial transcripts to the Registrar’s Office by email: registrar@carlow.edu.
4. You’ll receive an email from the Registrar’s Office that confirms your registration and provides you with the next steps to complete your registration. Once you are registered, Student Affairs will contact you to reserve your free summer housing.

Carlow Student Registration

1. Register for your courses through Self-Service (login required). The advanced search option will allow you to search by Summer 2023, undergraduate and subject of interest.
2. Verify available financial aid by reviewing your account in Self-Service (login required). If you do not verify, financial aid will review your account and contact you to discuss options for summer aid where applicable.
