Re-entry & Resiliency Plan (updated 9/16/21)
St. Joseph Athletic and Fitness Center features an aerobics and yoga studio, locker rooms, and training space and locker rooms for athletic teams. Fitness classes are available throughout the year. St. Joe’s Gym serves as the home court for Carlow Celtics’ volleyball and intramural basketball.
Before using the gym, a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and general waiver must be completed. Forms can be found at the check-in area, where you’ll get a validation sticker for the back of your student ID. Always check with your doctor before beginning an exercise program.
The McGinley Cardio Wellness Center on the second floor has treadmills, ellipticals, Concept II Rower and Octane Lateral X machines, plus equipment for leg press, leg curl, hips and glutes, lat pulldown, seated row, chest press, shoulder press, back extension, incline press and fly. Weights are available in plates, dumbbells from 3 to 60 pounds, and kettlebells.
