Equity is being fair and impartial. Inclusion is the behaviors that welcome and embrace diversity. Carlow University’s Office of Equity and Inclusion is committed to enriching each student’s education with diverse experiences, cultivation of different perspectives to promote inclusion and equity, and advocating for the underrepresented.

The Equity and Inclusion office, located in University Commons, offers diverse programming, safe space discussions, listening sessions, training, workshops centering around DEI topics, mentoring, resource support, and a hub for student-centered conversations.

If you are interested in something specific, we can provide information, advice and referrals to additional resources.
