Carlow offers non-credit fitness and wellness courses to help students, faculty and staff improve their physical fitness and well-being. Accredited courses are also available.
The Office of Fitness and Wellness Services also offers instruction on healthy lifestyle strategies and wellness education through classes, workshops and seminars.
Yoga, open to all fitness levels, can help reduce stress, increase blood circulation, and improve mental and physical health.
Sexual Harassment and Rape Prevention (SHARP) teaches students, faculty and staff sexual harassment and rape prevention awareness and methods of self-defense.
Water Workout is a challenging, low-impact workout that combines cardiovascular and strength-training exercises, helping to build endurance and tone and strengthen muscles.
Zumba features Latin and international music and a variety of dance styles from around the world.
