How You Can SupportSharon Williams is the Health and Wellness Manager at Carlow University, where she oversees the operations and strategic growth of campus health services. She is responsible for coordinating daily clinical operations, managing provider schedules, supporting student health compliance requirements, and ensuring seamless communication between students, medical staff, and university leadership.
Sharon has played a key role in expanding on-campus healthcare services to better meet student needs, including enhanced primary care access, required program and athletic physicals, and preventative health initiatives. She works collaboratively with departments such as Athletics, Residence Life, Admissions, and Student Affairs to support orientations, move-in programming, and campus-wide wellness efforts.
Committed to accessible, student-centered care, Sharon focuses on operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement to ensure Carlow students have timely, confidential, and high-quality health services that support their academic and personal success.
