Dr. Alexa Piacquadio is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, Counseling, and Criminology at Carlow University. She is the Director of the MS in Fraud and Forensics Program. She teaches in the Doctor of Counseling Psychology, MA in Psychology, MS in Fraud and Forensics, MS in Criminology & Criminal Justice Program, and Undergraduate Criminology programs. She received her PhD in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2024. Her teaching and research interests include white collar crime, organized crime, and wildlife crime. In her free time, she enjoys riding roller coasters, being with loved ones, and spending time in nature.
