How You Can SupportDennis L. Marsili, is a former detective sergeant, serving 24 years with the City of New Kensington Police Dept. Later, in 2023, he retired as the director of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Criminal Justice Training Center. Now as a Carlow adjunct criminology professor, Mr. Marsili is devoted to advancing his students’ knowledge in the area of criminal justice, especially law enforcement. Focusing on values-based lessons, he seeks to mentor his students as future leaders in this field.
Interests: Crisis Intervention Team consultation; Trauma Informed Practices, mental health; and police officer wellness. Contributor to the Pennsylvania Police Criminal Law Bulletin.
