Dr. Hannah E. Hardy is a high-performance manager, experienced convener, and educator with extensive experience initiating, managing, and growing a wide variety of successful programs focusing on public health, community engagement, and social justice. She is a systems thinker who is passionate about bringing diverse groups of people together to improve health and social outcomes through systems change. Dr. Hardy has professional experience and research capacity in the fields of community engagement, public health, and policy in non-profit, local government, and academic settings.

Dr. Hardy is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Aging Services in Allegheny County at the Allegheny County Department of Human Services. She most recently was the Director of the Chronic Disease and Injury Prevention Program at the Allegheny County Health Department.

At Carlow, Dr. Hardy has taught courses in public health, health administration, population health and health informatics.
