At Carlow University, the next generation of ethical leaders is already in the making.
Here, our students gain more than just a degree – they build connections, find purpose, and thrive – working in ways big and small to reshape the future. With your support, we can continue to invest in these future leaders and expand their ability to transform our world.

Welcome to our online event ‘Working with Students who Exhibit Challenging Behaviors’! This training seeks to work with educators sharing practical tools and strategies to effectively respond to student behaviors that interfere with their learning. Participants will explore the functions of behaviors, the ‘why’ to help us understand the reasons we engage in the actions that we do. We will review positive behavior supports and interventions including proactive classroom management and other evidence-based practices. The goals for this training include: learning to create successful learning environments for students; determining appropriate and effective replacement behaviors and consequences; and multiple positive reinforcement intervention procedures.
Please note:
Event links will be shared with the registered email.
ACT 48 hours are available for certified teachers in Pennsylvania.
