We CU. And We’re Proud.

At Carlow, service is more than an ideal—it’s a daily act. It’s visible in the way our faculty shape futures, our students lift each other up, and our alumni carry Carlow’s mission far beyond campus. It shows up in classrooms, clinics, companies, communities—and in all the quiet moments in between.

We serve by leading with empathy. We serve by showing up. We serve by staying rooted in values, even as the world changes around us.

That’s what makes this place different.

Carlow Celtics don’t wait to be told they belong. They know they belong—because they’re building something bigger than themselves. They’re mentoring, innovating, caregiving, and questioning. They’re preparing not just for a job, but for a calling.

We CU: The Carlow Student Experience was developed as part of a larger branding initiative focused on telling authentic stories of service and transformation. The concept emerged from conversations across campus—with students, faculty, and staff sharing how they see themselves contributing to a more just and merciful world.

“This video is a reflection of the Carlow community’s spirit,” said John Cardone, Vice President for Marketing and Communications. “We wanted to create something that felt celebratory but also true to our values—compassion, leadership, and impact. Every scene, every line, speaks to the heart of who we are.”

Whether you’ve been part of the Carlow community for decades or are just getting to know us, the message of this piece is one we hope resonates: We CU
