Jessica Schrader facilitates student engagement in international educational experiences at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA. As the Director of the Center for Global Engagement at Carlow, she supports students who globalize their education through studying abroad, assists faculty in developing and leading short-term study abroad programs, and advises international students on immigration, academic, and cultural matters.

Jessica earned her MA in International Education Management at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and her BA in German and Globalization Studies from Gettysburg College. Her international experience includes two study abroad programs each in Germany and Spain, as well as two years of work as an English language assistant in Madrid. Her favorite part of working in this field is seeing students’ growth after they have returned from abroad.
