How You Can SupportMary Anne Koleny serves as the Associate Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Carlow University. Mary Anne is a seasoned human resource professional, with experience in a variety of industries, with the last 12 years devoted to higher education. She earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources from the University of Delaware, a master’s degree in Public Policy and a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration, both from the University of Pittsburgh. She holds a Senior Human Resources Professional certification (SHRM-SCP) and is a Founding Partner of the Collaborative Center for Higher Education at the International Institute for Restorative Practices. In her desire to give back to students, she also serves as a part-time human resource management instructor, effectively bringing real-world HR experiences to the classroom. At Carlow University, Mary Anne is devoted to enhancing the employee experience through continuous improvement of Carlow’s human resources programs and services, while increasing operational efficiencies.
