Carlow to sponsor Pittsburgh’s upcoming Juneteenth Celebrations

Please note the Allegheny County COVID-19 positivity rate continued to increase, thus placing the area in the “high” CDC community level category. Some areas, such as the Cultural District, are now requiring masks indoors again. Details on the “County View” may be found by clicking here.

Mask Reminder

Due to the high level of positive COVID-19 cases, some areas in Allegheny County are requiring masks indoors. As of today, Carlow University policy remains mask-optional on campus, except in The Campus Laboratory School and Early Learning Center where masking is required. As this trend continues to evolve, we are monitoring our strategy.

Juneteenth Homecoming and Youth Festivals

Carlow University is the proud sponsor of Western Pennsylvania’s Juneteenth Homecoming and Youth Festivals! In addition to our logo being included on promotional materials, we will have a booth on-site for the Youth Festival on June 11 and 12 at Mellon Park as well as at the big celebration June 17-19 at Point Park. Carlow is also part of Juneteenth promotion through Pittsburgh Urban Media.
