With a Business minor, you will learn the foundations of business, human resources and marketing in order to excel in a career in business. You will gain business skills to complement any degree, and learn to be a responsible leader. You will learn how to work in today’s global business environment, and how to apply communication principles related to business.
You must complete 18 credits, including four required courses and two electives (two at the 300/400 level).
A minor in Economics complements a variety of majors in related fields. If you are preparing for an MBA program or foreign service, or are interested in quantitative data analysis in the social sciences, then minoring in Economics is an attractive choice.
