A Workforce Strategy Built Around People

Carlow University connects academic preparation, employer partnership, student opportunity, and the Mercy mission through
an integrated workforce strategy.

What makes Carlow different is not one program or credential. It is the way academic preparation, professional experience, employer relationships, and Mercy values work together. Students prepare for a career while building the judgment, adaptability, and sense of responsibility needed to contribute over time.
