How You Can SupportI began my educational career in P–12 settings, serving in several instructional roles including upper elementary and middle school science, high school biology, and high school chemistry. I later transitioned into leadership as an Assistant Supervisor for Science and Health.
My work in higher education began as an Assistant Professor of Statistics and Educational Leadership. Over the next two decades, I advanced to Professor, Department Chair, and Associate Dean. Throughout this time, I had the privilege of working with pre-service teachers as well as master’s, specialist, and doctoral students, while leading a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs in areas such as leadership, curriculum and instruction, special education, dyslexia therapy, reading, online instruction, STEM, gifted education, athletic kinesiology, organizational and higher education administration, and elementary and secondary education.
My research portfolio reflects this breadth of experience, spanning medical science research, dyslexia therapy, administrative influence, and curricular and instructional change that promotes academic growth across all subject areas.
I am grateful for the opportunity to serve at Carlow University and to contribute to the academic and professional growth of both undergraduate and graduate students.
My Doctorate was earned in Curriculum and Instructional Leadership with concentrations in Administrative Leadership and Statistical Analysis.
