As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Conti serves as a key medical advisor, providing clinical leadership and strategic guidance to advance the mission and growth of SMART® FAITHworks clinics. He is deeply engaged in building upon institutional knowledge and experience while guiding the expansion, efficacy, and overall strategic direction of the SMART® Model. In this multidimensional role, Dr. Conti ensures clinical excellence, Model fidelity, and the delivery of exceptional Whole Person care across all clinic sites.

Dr. Conti received his Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Howard University and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Following his medical residency in 2001, Dr. Conti served in the United States Air Force for Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom as part of the Critical Care Air Transport Team (CCATT), which transported wounded soldiers and civilians from the combat theater into hospitals. He is currently a Doctor of Philosophy Candidate at Newburgh Theological Seminary.
