    – Health Coaching certification from the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC)
    – Strength and Conditioning Certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
    – Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
    – Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
