Photography Policy

Carlow takes pride in using photographs of current and recent students in materials that promote the university to prospective students, alumni, families, and the community.

Student Photo Release Forms are available during New Student Orientation and through Marketing and Communications. This form releases to Carlow University the right and license to use a student’s name, image, likeness or comments in Carlow's materials for internal and external audiences. Students will also have the choice to opt-in to participate in official scheduled university photo shoots or to submit comments for publication. Photos of public university events, meetings, and classes may be obtained without express consent.
