Question: What types of dining services are available on campus?

Answer: All self-serve food services have been eliminated, and there are no buffet stations. All food is packaged to grab and go at stations containing sneeze guards. There are hot food options as well as a variety of sandwiches, salads and sushi. Salad bar is grab and go with pre-made salads. Hydration stations have been eliminated, and use of personal mugs, cups or containers is prohibited at the fountain beverage stations.


Question: What dining facilities are open? Where can I obtain the grab and go food?

Answer: All dining facilities are open, including the 24-hour Celtic Market. Mobile ordering has been implemented to reduce large gatherings of people. Dining areas include: Tiernan Dining Hall, Celtic Café, Frank’s Café and Celtic Market.

Question: How are physical distancing practices being implemented in these areas?

Answer: Traffic is limited in the dining spaces to allow for a 6-foot distancing between individuals. Seating reflects this social distancing, and floor decals guide users between grab and go stations and the checkout line.
