Minor in Musical Arts

You can connect your passion for music with social justice and academic work with a Musical Arts minor from Carlow University. You will gain a theoretical and practical background that will help you develop ethical leadership skills; examine the intersection and interplay of music and social justice; and learn about musicians, works and communities that inspired or reflect activism as well as changes in public policy. The program includes an introduction to music from across the world.

The minor requires 18 credits, 9 of which must be taken at Carlow.
