What can we do for you?
Carlow Help! Services is made up of current Carlow
Students who are the first line of contact for the on-site Carlow
Help! Service support team. Our team is trained to
handle issues such as password reset, questions
about CelticOnline or email, loading paper and toner in
printers, technological issues in the residence halls and much more.
Consider us as a one stop shop to:
- Answer general questions and provide information about Carlow's campus and services
- Assist with password resets, technology support, setups, and lending
- Reserve rooms for studying, meetings, and presentations
- Publish your message to the screens across campus
Carlow Help! Services can be contacted by dialing 412-578-8700 or extension 8700 from a phone on campus. You also
have the options to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the
self-ticketing system to submit your request via the Carlow Portal site.

Information Desk Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am to 10pm | Sat 8am to 5pm
Help! Services is available 24/7 and can assist you with any questions or challenges that you might have accessing Carlow’s technology resources. Be sure to have your Carlow ID number available.
