Dear Faculty and Staff,

As the leaves begin to turn and the crispness of fall comes upon us, we continue to embrace and uphold the common good within our closely connected Carlow community.

Below are a few quick updates that support our re-entry and resiliency plan:

COVID-19 screening schedules

The weekly screening schedule is now posted on Carlow’s website and updated regularly. Please visit this page prior to planning a trip to campus.

COVID-19 reporting at Carlow

As a reminder, there is now a COVID-19 Carlow campus dashboard on our website with daily updates on laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases at the University.

Online training

All faculty, staff, and students are required to complete the mandatory COVID-19 re-entrytraining videos and sign the corresponding agreement located in the “Videos & Resources” section of our website. If you have not yet done so, please plan to complete this brief training by Sept. 25.

The 20-21 stickers for parking hangtags have arrived and can be acquired by visiting Police Dispatch. Current hangtag holders will not be ticketed if they park without the updated sticker.

Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)

The process for requesting PPE is being adjusted. The Business Office and Facilities are jointly working on a process that will utilize Carlow Market to allow faculty and staff to request and receive PPE equipment from our on-hand inventory.

The new process will primarily be limited to masks, gloves, wipes - and potentially other PPE items as they become available in the marketplace. The estimated timeframe for rollout of this new process is one month. As a reminder, all Carlow employees can stop at Police Dispatch to receive their allotted two reusable face masks.

Have a safe and invigorating weekend.
