Dear Faculty and Staff,

We pause on this solemn anniversary of the attack on our nation that took place 19 years ago. We honor and remember the lives of all the victims and heroes, and we pray for them and their families.

Amid the coronavirus, the Carlow community continues to embrace the common good with a focus on safety and well-being. Below are a few quick updates to end the week.

Common Good Reminder

Recognizing the increase of COVID-19 cases in Allegheny County and the state of Pennsylvania, we continue to emphasize the utmost importance of supporting the common good. Cognizant of those around us, while on campus we must always wear a mask, social distance, practice good hand hygiene, and clean spaces before and after use.

Carlow Campus Dashboard

Please note that we have added a COVID-19 Carlow campus dashboard to our website. Here you will find daily updates outlining the laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases reported to the University involving students, faculty, and staff who were on campus during the time they were contagious. The dashboard does not include cases among individuals studying or working remotely – or those who have not been on campus.

Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to self-report their test results to inform this dashboard. Students should contact Health Services at 412-578-6174, and faculty and staff should contact Human Resources.

Weekly Screening Schedules

Beginning Sept. 14, the weekly screening schedules will be posted on our website. As always, we encourage you to frequently visit our website for regular COVID-19-related updates.

We wish you a safe and enjoyable weekend with those around you.
