Quick reference guide designed to assist students in navigation of campus resources
University Communication to Students
We understand that with the beginning of the new year, gaining access to information efficiently and effectively becomes critically important. Therefore, today’s communication is focused on the current schedule for when offices and personnel will be available to help your transition.
As we continue to follow CDC, state, and Allegheny County Health Department guidelines, businesses are required to work at reduced capacity to minimize the contraction and spread of the COVID-19 virus. Specifically, in Allegheny County, that means keeping on-site workforce totals to 50% or less and setting up offices so that social distancing can be maintained. Please be assured, though we are adjusting to these requirements, all staff are checking voicemail and working to respond to electronic communications in a timely manner.
Additionally, we have compiled a quick reference to make access to offices and personnel more efficient and effective.
Please note that these days and times may adjust as the semester progresses. This reference will provide you with the most up-to-date information on important offices, departments, and resources on campus.
Finally, if for any reason you are having trouble getting a response, please contact the Student Affairs office at 412-578-6293 or
