Carlow University is pleased to offer a valuable opportunity to students pursuing an associate’s degree at a number
of partner institutions:
- Butler County Community College
- Community College of Allegheny County
- Community College of Beaver County
- Harrisburg Area Community College
- Northampton Community College
- UPMC Schools of Nursing
- Westmoreland County Community College
Our Joint Admissions agreement with each of these institutions allows you to take a Carlow class while enrolled at
your home institution – at your home institution’s per credit cost – and gives you a head start on completing your
bachelor’s degree in particular programs at Carlow. While enrolled, you can receive a Carlow ID for access to campus
events and resources. Additionally, you can speak with career advisors from both institutions to help you as you
work toward your educational and career goals.
If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, complete a simple and free Joint Admissions application. As part of the
application, you will need to upload an unofficial transcript or screenshot of courses/grades from your current and
any previous post-secondary institutions. After submitting, a member of the admissions staff will contact you to
discuss your eligibility, class options, and the full application process for completing your bachelor’s degree.
If you have questions about these Joint Admissions agreements or your eligibility, please reach out to the Office of
Admissions at admissions@carlow.edu or +1 412-578-6059.
