CARLOW'S DINING OPTIONS ON CAMPUS
CulinArt provides innovative dining programs at Carlow University to help students, faculty, and staff eat and live well while on campus. There are a variety of options on campus to fit one’s needs.
Tiernan Dining Hall
Food stations present a variety of fresh, flavorful and on-trend meal options, including noodle bowls, a wellness-focused salad bar, vegan and vegetarian meals, traditional comfort foods, a new grilled-to-order station, sandwich and panini bar, fruit and yogurt, and NY-style pizza.
Located in University Commons, Franks Café offers burgers, fresh-Mex cuisine, wings, sandwiches, salads, grain bowls, sushi, breakfast sandwiches, fresh bakery items and snacks. Pre-order kiosks are convenient for people on-the-go who want to order food or Starbucks coffee and other beverages ahead of time.
Located in the A.J. Palumbo Hall of Science and Technology, the Celtic Café makes paninis, baked goods, noodle bowls, smoothies, shakes and sushi. It also offers coffee made from a local Pittsburgh roaster.
The Market at Carlow University
Located in University Commons, this retail convenience area of packaged goods, meals and beverages, provides essential supplies for resident students.
On Campus Registered Dietitian
The on-staff campus registered dietitian is available to work with students on allergen awareness, special dietary needs, menu consultation and ongoing culinary wellness education.
This convenient, sustainable program helps eliminate paper and plastic disposables people dining in Tiernan Hall.
