The Director Credential is a mandatory program for all child care center directors in the state of Pennsylvania working in a program enrolled in the Keystone STARS (PA's quality assurance program for child care centers and family day care) child care, family day care, or after school care program.

Through Carlow University participants are able to earn this credential through a strategically designed cohort to enhance their experience with higher education. This program allows participants the opportunity to grow as leaders within the community while working closely with children and families
