American Association for Men in Nursing

The Southwestern Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Association for Men in Nursing (AAMN SWPa), the only chapter of the AAMN in Pittsburgh, is proud to be affiliated with Carlow University. The members support men in academic and professional role development in nursing, whether a Carlow student, a registered nurse, or someone interested in the nursing profession. Carlow National Association for the Education of Young Children (CAEYC)

The Pittsburgh Association for the Education of Young Children (PAEYC) works to support high-quality care and education for young children from birth until age nine across 10 counties in Southwestern Pennsylvania. CAEYC is a student chapter of the National Association for the Education of Young Children.

Pennsylvania State Education Association

The Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) provides the opportunity for education majors to further their own education outside of the classroom, while working towards improving education for school aged students through professional develpment workshops and community service. Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology

Psi Chi is an international honor society for undergraduate and graduate students of psychology. Members of Psi Chi participate in service, social, and educational activities with the aim of expanding their horizon. Applications are accepted once a year early in the spring semester. Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society

Alpha Nu Theta is Carlow University’s chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, the National English Honor Society. Carlow’s chapter has been involved in organizing benefit poetry readings, game nights, the annual English Department Halloween party, along with volunteer opportunities on campus and in the community.
