Marsha Frank, PhD, LCSW is a professor and chair of the Department of Social Work at Carlow University and also has a clinical practice. Dr. Frank's clinical practice focuses on working in the areas of eating disorders and trauma. She has created regional training and education forums with national speakers for therapists working with client trauma issues, and was on the Attorney General's Family Violence Task Force (1998 to 1999).
Dr. Frank also co-developed the Crisis & Trauma concentration for social work and psychology students at Carlow University and developed The Impact of Trauma course.
Current research has included the importance for advocacy for rape survivors and program evaluation for a residential treatment program for girls.
