Eight Women’s Basketball players earn RSC Scholar-Athlete honors

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio - Eight Carlow University women's basketball players were named to the River States Conference Scholar-Athlete Team the league announced Wednesday.

The 2019-20 RSC Women's Basketball Scholar-Athlete Team proudly recognized 60 student-athletes from around the conference this year.

To be named, student-athletes must have a 3.25 grade-point average or higher, have at least two semesters of attendance prior to the current term, participate in an RSC sport and be nominated by their institution.

Below are the Carlow honorees:

Kamryn Lach - SO/Bethel Park, Pa.
Gabriele Olinger - SO/Dayton, Pa.
Angelica Orozco - SO/Filmore, Calif.
Megan Ost - SO/Apollo, Pa.
Emma Stille - SR/Westerville, Ohio
Caitlyn Trombley - SO/Belle Vernon, Pa.
Caroline Willig - SR/Pittsburgh, Pa.
Clara Wilson - SO/Johnstown, Pa.

WVU Tech led all RSC women's basketball programs with 11 team members named.
