Men’s Basketball falls to NCAA DII University of Findlay on the road

FINDLAY, Ohio --- Carlow University men's basketball lost an NCAA DII matchup on the road against the University of Findlay (Ohio), 106-52, Tuesday.

The Oilers (2-4) shot 56.5 percent from the field while the Celtics (0-8) shot just 30.3 percent. Carlow shot just three free throws on the night, but made every single one.

The Oilers went on a 16-2 run mid-way through the first half and took a 60-18 lead into halftime.

Findlay out-rebounded the Celtics, 46-33, and Carlow's bench put up 40 points in the effort.

The Celtics committed 21 turnovers and the Oilers capitalized off that, scoring 22 points off turnovers.

Marcus Millien (SO/Orlando, Fla.) led the team with 19 points, which included five treys. Freshmen Eugene Goodwine (Pittsburgh, Pa.) and Tre' Harvey (Pittsburgh, Pa.) both scored eight points off the bench.
