Four Women’s Soccer players earn USCAA All-American awards

NORFOLK, Va. --- The United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) announced its fall All-Academic teams and All-American awards this weekend.

Carlow University women's soccer saw four players earn All-American honors, which is voted on by USCAA coaches from the league.

Defender Rachel Flory (SR/Huntington Beach, Calif.), midfielder Natalie DiGiorno (FR/Bethel Park, Pa.) and goalkeeper Lauren Forte (SO/Johnstown, Pa.) made the All-American second team. Forward Alexa Schwab (JR/Conway, Pa.) was listed on the All-American honorable mention team.

Ten student-athletes earned All-Academic awards for the Celtics. Student-athletes must be sophomores or above with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher.
