PITTSBURGH --- Carlow University men's soccer ended its season Saturday at Dormont Memorial Stadium recognizing three seniors who've made an impact on the team.

The pregame ceremony honored goalkeeper Adam Myers (Port Vue, Pa.), midfielder Zachary Wagner (Pittsburgh, Pa.) and defender Colt Zappa (Liberty Borough, Pa.).

Myers played an incredible match in net for the Celtics, but Carlow ended up on the losing end of a 3-1 game against Cincinnati Christian University.

Myers tied his season-high record of 17 saves in the complete game effort. He ended the season with 108 saves in 850 minutes in net.

The Celtics (0-14, 0-9 RSC) struck first, when a pass from sophomore Launthar Eh (Pittsburgh, Pa.) found Janvier Ramson (SO/Pittsburgh, Pa.), who got past the CCU goalkeeper and hit his shot in the 18th minute. Ramson led the team this season with six goals.
The Eagles (9-9, 4-5 RSC) tied it up, 1-1, eight minutes before the half.
CCU came out in the second half with a renewed energy, out-shooting Carlow, 17-6. The Eagles' second goal came at 55' off a corner kick. Despite a few nice opportunities or Carlow, CCU added its third and final goal to seal the deal in the 86th minute.

The Eagles out-shot the Celtics, 35-18, and held a 7-2 corner kick advantage.
