Hudock named to All-Tournament Team


Latrobe, Pa. – Carlow University volleyball player Kristina Hudock was named to the Bearcat Challenge All-Tournament Team for her performance on Sept. 2-3, at St. Vincent College. 

The 5’9” junior outside hitter from Uniontown, Pa. compiled 41 kills and 28 digs in four matches at the tournament. In two of those matches, against Muskingum University and University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg, Hudock recorded a double-double in kills and digs. 

The Celtics posted a 1-3 record in tournament play. They next host Penn State Fayette on Wednesday, Sept. 7, at 7pm. 

The Laurel Highlands High School product leads the Celtics in kills for the season, with 68, and adds 38 digs. She is fifth in the River States Conference in aces per set, with 0.7, and ninth in kills per set, with 2.6.
