This program provides the educational background needed to be competitive in today’s health care market. Open to students with an associate’s degree and professional experience in the allied health fields, the major consists of tailored study in science, the arts and humanities.
The Health Science major (BS) is offered exclusively through instruction in the Adult Degree Center programs. Health Science courses carry the HSC prefix. Biology majors in the Day program cannot substitute HSC courses as biology electives.
Course Requirements:
This degree requires the completion of seven health science courses or their transferred equivalents. At least three of these courses must be taken in residency at Carlow University.
