St. Paul Cathedral

St. Paul Cathedral is located on the corner of 5th Avenue and Craig Street in Oakland. Guests may be dropped off at St. Paul Cathedral.  Limited parking is available in the church parking lot, and only for guests with a handicapped placard.  See Soldiers and Sailors information for information about general parking.

Soldiers and Sailors Memorial

Soldiers and Sailors is located on the corner of 5th Avenue and Bigelow Blvd in Oakland.  The UPMC parking lot on Bigelow Blvd, across from the east side of Soldiers and Sailors, has been reserved for Carlow’s use for the day.  This lot is about 5 blocks from St. Paul Cathedral.  Parking is also available for a fee in the underground parking lot below Soldiers & Sailors.  Enter through Bigelow Boulevard. Disabled Parking

At Soldiers & Sailors: Metered spaces designated for those with a handicapped placard or license plate are on the University Avenue side of the hall.  Guests who need assistance getting into the building may enter the small parking lot on University Avenue and be dropped off, but they may not park here, and their vehicle must be moved immediately.  For more information about accommodations for disabled guests, please refer to the section, Disabled Guest Info, or call 412-578-6182.
