Carlow University held the first ever Top Scholars Reception on March 22, 2007 at LeMont restaurant on Mt. Washington in honor of the University's top academic scholarships. Dr. Mary Hines, along with other faculty, staff, students, and alumnae, greeted matriculated and prospective first year students (fall 2007) and presented them with certificates, honoring their oustanding achievements.
