Women of Spirit® 2010
Carlow University and the Carlow Women of Spirit® Institute presented its 2010 Women of Spirit® Awards
to four local awardees and a National Woman of Spirit® award on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at the August Wilson Center for African American Culture in downtown Pittsburgh.

In 2010, the awards reflected the attributes that Carlow celebrates: values, scholarship, and vision, as well as a legacy award for contributions to the social good made over a lifetime. The award recipients were:
