Publications Timeline

Following is the estimated timeline for all University Communications and Community Relations' publications, from your request through delivery.  Please note that the publication process begins after you meet or contact your Communications and Community Relations representative, who will then provide you with your mutually agreed upon project timeline.

This timeline includes the schedule of when you agree to provide University Communications and Community Relations with text, art, and photos, and depends upon your cooperation to expeditiously review and return edited and final proofs.

Your representative will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure that your deadlines (delivery of text and art) and ours are met so that we can provide you with a high-quality product in a timely manner.  Please note, however, that if you don't meet your project timeline, delivery of your publication may be delayed.
