The Human Development minor is open to students who are not majoring in psychology (psychology majors may take a concentration in human development) and are interested in exploring the biological, behavioral, emotional, cognitive, and social factors that shape human development.
The minor requires 18 credits, which includes required and elective courses.

Transfer students who wish to transfer course work from other institutions for this minor must obtain approval from the Director of Undergraduate Psychology program. Transfer students must take a minimum of 12 credits at Carlow University, six of which are in human development.
