Job Placement

Jobs are posted and students are referred as jobs become available. It is expected that 75% of the individuals will obtain or better their employment as a result of this program. This will be through direct referrals, graduate referrals and the use of our Advisory Board.

Additional Job Placement Services include:

Job Shadowing - students are offered the opportunity to observe a variety of careers on the job at a variety of locations.

Internships - paid internships which involve on-the-job training are available. These internships involve integration into the workplace and provide the best possible training. These internships often lead to permanent employment.

Field Trips to Career Centers - field trips are scheduled as needed . Trips may include visits to the Carnegie Library Career Center and Career Link.
