    4 - 5:15 p.m.


    Orientation Check-In and Taking Care of Business (AJP Atrium)
    You'll have the opportunity to check-in, grab a bite to eat, begin meeting other graduate students, and speak with the following University departments:

    • Academic Advising
    • Center for Academic Achievement
    • Financial Aid
    • IT Login
    • Parking Permits
    • Student Accounts
    • University ID Center
    • University Registrar
     
    5:15 - 5:30 p.m. 
    Welcome - Room 107
    You'll be welcomed to the University by Dr. Deanne D'Emilio, Provost, and learn more about what Graduate Orientation will entail.
    5:35 - 6:20 p.m.
    Session 1: 
    Please choose to attend one of the following presentations:
    • Center for Academic Achievement - Students will learn more about the Center for Academic Achievement and the services they provide. (AJP 116)
    • Office of Career Development - Students will learn more about the Office of Career Development and the services they offer in Career Networking: Increase the ROI of your degree. (AJP 115)
    • Carlow Technology Resources (AJP 107) - Students will begin to learn how to use:
      • Carlow Email
      • Carlow myPortal
      • Blackboard
      • WebAdvisor
      • E2 Campus
       
    • Life as a grad student (AJP 117) - Graduate school is a big change from undergrad. Come learn more about the ins and outs of being a grad student.
     
    6:25 - 7:10 p.m.
