The emphasis is on leading the implementation of transformational change in their area of practice. Completion of the program prepares graduates to practice in a variety of advanced practice leadership roles.
Classes are hybrid in format, combining a low residency requirement (average of two Saturdays per term on the Oakland campus) with extensive online facilitation.
Students may complete the 30-credit program in a twenty month period, taking 2-3 classes per term. Six of the credits are comprised of elective credits, allowing students to determine a personal focus of interest from a variety of graduate level offerings.
