Biography

When human beings experience illness it is not uncommon for them to seek medical care. I have developed a passion for nursing, specifically home health nursing. I care for individuals whom have experienced some form of illness.

I am an adult medical surgical nurse. My areas of expertise include case management, home health care, transitional care, long term acute care, skilled nursing care, palliative care and hospice care. I am reliable, have strong interpersonal skills. I am coachable, compassionate and enjoy working with team

I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pa. I studied Nursing at Duquesne University, from which I received my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I recently obtained my Masters of Science in Nursing Education from Waynesburg University. In my free time I love to travel, exercise and spend time with family and friends. I enjoy music and going to live bands and performances. Most importantly I love to learn about evidence based research to assist in my role as a nurse and instructor.
