Carlow wraps up inaugural men’s soccer season against Point Park

The Carlow men’s soccer team concluded its inaugural season on Saturday, Oct. 29, falling to crosstown rival Point Park, 6-0, at Highmark Stadium.

Josh Williams and Alan Ramos netted two goals apiece for Point Park (9-8-1/3-5) and Roberto Whitley and Giovani Lebrun each scored. Whitley had a pair of assists, and Ramos and Rejep Mukhammedov each had an assist.

The Celtics (5-9/1-7/4-1) finished their first campaign with five victories, including one in River States Conference play and four in USCAA play.

For Senior Day, the Celtics honored Cody Dovishaw (SR/Erie, Pa.), who is majoring in criminal justice and plans to join the police force after graduation.
