Pamela is the owner and founder of Cochenour Law Offices, P.C., representing public and private employers on employment-related issues such as the training of frontline and management-level employees, Fair Labor Standards Act and ERISA litigation, and gender/race/age and disability discrimination, and retaliation claims. Previously, she was a partner at Pietragello, Gordon, Alfano, Bosick & Raspanti LLP, where she was also co-chair of the firm's employment group.  She has been recognized as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" and has spoken to groups on subjects ranging from diversity to the Americans with Disabilities Act.  She is president of the board of directors of the Persad Center and provides pro bono legal services to non-profit arts organizations.
