May 2012 - April 2016:   Worked with executive integration team to lead HR integration for acquired employees,  recruited and hired  100+ employees post acquisition, retained start-up culture for Pittsburgh Watson Lab, maintained high employee engagement and retention rates through transition to a virtual systems/process-driven environment.   HR leader for IBM Cloudant/CD acquisition.  Provided comprehensive service and programs to 150+  managers and executives in Analytics and Internet of Things (IoT) divisions.

Nov 2004 - May 2012:  Recruited by CEO to develop and lead HR system for software start-up. Developed and executed competitive recruitment strategy, guerilla PR campaigns, affirmative action plans, employee policies,  onboarding and development process, compensation, benefits, bonus plans,  immigration and visa management, wellness initiatives, robust organization culture to retain and attract top talent.  HR lead for due diligence process with IBM acquisition .

September 2000 - October  2004:  Created and led unique social marketing campaign to  inform regional policy leadership about human capital investment needs, regional labor force economics, and critical need for post-secondary education. The initiative engaged business, civic, and policy leaders as well as broader community stakeholders-students, parents, educators, and citizens. The initiative is being continued by Workforce Investment Boards.

1992 - 1997: Assistant Director: Directed $10 million employment and training programs under federal JTPA and CDBG funds for low income unemployed citizens, including dislocated workers, welfare to work programs, pregnant and parenting teens, summer youth employment, and displaced homemakers.  Designed summer community service model awarded  Exemplary Summer Youth Employment Program  by President Bill Clinton.
